Summary
"The banditti who have lately committed several desperate atrocities in the neighbourhood of Churchstown, have created great alarm. They are said to be above sixteen in number; some of them were dressed in women's clothes. Most of them, we hear, are known to the inhabitants, but they are afraid to mention their names. Strict search is making after those desperadoes, and we have no doubt but their predatory career will be of as short duration as that of many of those who have been recently executed."
