"Gallini has has acted wisely in casting Signora Sestini for the principal men's parts in the Italian Opera, as it must be allowed she can do more than any of the Signiors." "A lady assures us, that the Signiors have not been deprived of their parts by Gallini, and adds,--'the thing is impossible.'" (Evokes castrato performers).
