Extract of a letter from Richmond, Aug. 12.

Summary
"Mrs. Brown of Covent-garden" wore breeches in Marplot, "but in this, as in most other cases where the ladies assume the breeches, and 'o'er-step the modesty of nature,' she failed." This failure "will be, it is hoped, a lesson to restrain her within the circle of her pettycoats."
