Summary
A gentleman was attacked and robbed "by three footpads [in] sailors habits." Because he had only 16 shillings, they "wounded him about the head; and otherwise ill used him in a manner which we cannot mention in a public paper, which gives occasion to suppose that one of the gang was a female."
