Review of a command performance in front of Queen Victoria of the opera the "Huguenots" whose plot tackles the events following the French Wars of Religion. The actress "Mlle. Alboni" plays "Urbain, the page": "Alboni's part is but small [but] Meyerbeer has composed a new song expressly for her, which proved one of the most decided hits of the evening, and was unanimously encored. . . ."
