"A girl was brought before the Magistrates at Union Hall Police Office on Wednesday, charged as disorderly in a sailor's habit. She has been several voyages at sea, and performed the duty of a sailor. She said she was born at Inverness, in the Highlands of Scotland. On a promise of conducting herself with propriety she was dismissed."
