Summary
"Mademoiselle, or, to speak with reference to her character rather than her sex, the Chavalier [sic] D'Eon. was at Drury-lane Theatre, to see the Grecian Daughter, for the first time, we believe, of her appearing publicly in this country in the female habit. She was dressed in black, had on the Croix de St. Louis, and conducted herself with the unoffending propriety and decorum that invariably mark good sense and a knowledge of the world."
