Summary
Account of plot of play describes how "Melville is supposed to be just returned from the Holy Wars, and has been accompanied by Alfrida (Earl Percy's daughter) who is enamoured of him, in the disguise of a page." Much later in the play after various tragic deaths, "Alfrida, rejoiced to find Melville safe, informs him, she was the page that attended him under the name of Edwin, through all his travels. . . ."
